Art Expressions of San Joaquin

Not only will attendees be able to sample some of the finest hops around, the CV Brewfest will also highlight amazing art work from a local charity in Stockton. Art Expressions will feature innovative, creative, and fresh art pieces for purchase. Proceeds will help promote and showcase the works of the talented artists who do not have a dedicated store front in the Central Valley. For more information visit ArtExpressions.org


Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

A: This is a craft beer focused festival; you must be 21 years of age to gain entrance into the event. Designated drivers must also be at least 21. A photo ID is required to be admitted (no exceptions). Sorry, but NO children, toddlers, infants or strollers are permitted.


Q: Are tickets sold at the door?

A: Maybe! A limited number tickets will be sold at the door if the event does not sell out in advance. The only way to guarantee getting a ticket is to buy online in advance.


Q: What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

A: Parking is free and is in the fairground’s main parking area. To get there, go towards the main entrance on N Broadway Ave, but proceed past the main entrance towards the small paved road leading to the parking area. All other gates will be closed. Q: Where to enter

A: The event will take place in front and inside of Building E1 (one of the exhibit halls) at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds. Park in the main fairground parking and then walk south towards the building. See directions and parking info here >

Q: Are attendees able to smoke marijuana at the Central Valley Brewfest?

A: Sorry CVBF fans, marijuana and/or marijuana products are not allowed inside the event in 2019 and beyond. If that changes we will update this answer.

Q: Can I leave the event and re-enter later?

A: No, there are no in-and-out privileges. If you exit the event area, you will not be allowed to re-enter.

Q: What about food?

A: The Central Valley Brewfest is proud to partner with local food trucks that are sure to fill your belly with tasty food between your brewed samples! This year’s trucks are Lockeford Sausage, Food Fix Truck, and Tacos El Hidalguense. Food is sold separately, so come prepared with cash.

Q: What about water?

A: Unfortunately, we cannot allow any liquid, water included, into the event. Security will ask you to empty or dispose of liquids before entering. Water bottles are available for purchase at the event and water fountains are available near the restrooms. You may bring an empty bottle if you wish to fill it once inside.

Q: What’s the refund & TICKET policy?

A: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. —If the festival is postponed or rescheduled, tickets are non-refundable and non-replaceable, but they are transferable, and will automatically carry over to the festival’s new dates. Photocopy of identification or photocopy of tickets are not accepted.

There are risks involved in any Event. By going to the Event (The Central Valley Brewfest), you assume all risks incidental to the Event and release Event Management, Ticketing, Charity Partners, Event Organizers and their respective affiliates from all claims related to or arising out of the Event or your presence at the Event. The ticket you hold is subject to all applicable policies of the Management of the Event. This ticket is a revocable license to enter the Event at the date and time listed on the front. What that means is that Management reserves the right, without paying a refund, to refuse entry or eject you if you are not complying with all Management policies applicable to the Event. The Event date and time is subject to change. Resale and/or transfer of the ticket may be prohibited by Management’s policies, and if so, any such resale and/or transfer is void to the maximum extent allowed by applicable laws. Any such unauthorized resale and/or transfer may result in refusal of entry without refund.
